The Client
LiveNation France is part of LiveNation Worldwide, an American events promoter and venue operator built around consolidating concert promoters into a national entity currently valued at around $20B, and is one of, if not the, largest promoter in the world.
The Challenge
When COVID-19 hit and all live events were cancelled, LiveNation needed a way to connect with ticket holders for postponed events, and keep fans entertained while waiting for news of a rescheduled date.
Our Approach
In collaboration with FanDragon Technologies, we created and launched TixTo.ME, a digital entertainment wallet designed to create opportunities for LiveNation clients to control secondary sales and aggregate fans into one location and engage, communicate with and reward fans before, during and after their event.
The Results
By processing tickets and vouchers processed via the Aventus Network, network participants can ensure that they are verified. This also enables faster, more secure, and transparent ticketing for LiveNation France.
Aventus has delivered almost one million tickets since 2017.
We were looking for a way to connect with ticket holders for events postponed by COVID-19 and keep fans entertained while waiting for news of a rescheduled date via a simple mobile application with which we can aggregate fans into one location and instantly deliver messages, media and tickets. It’s an innovative solution with many future opportunities to create and test new revenue generation ideas.
