The Aventus DAO will steward ecosystem development and transparency through a new Council and decentralised governance framework.

Ras al-Khaimah, UAE – 19th November 2025: Aventus, the enterprise-grade blockchain network driving real-world Web3 adoption, today announces the completion of its transition to decentralised governance with the formal incorporation of the Aventus DAO in the United Arab Emirates.

The Aventus DAO is a non-profit community organisation responsible for stewarding the Aventus Network and its growing ecosystem of appchains. It will operate as the central governance body for the network, ensuring accountability, transparency and sustainable growth through a clear mandate and on-chain voting system.

The DAO will be overseen by a Council composed of Sean Naderi (Founding Council Member), Matthias Homan (Council Chair), and Ochi Byambaa (DAO Manager). The Council is tasked with executing DAO-approved initiatives, providing quarterly updates to AVT token holders, and ensuring that all decisions are aligned with the long-term interests of the ecosystem. Founder Alan Vey will take a step back from operational leadership.

Operating from the UAE – one of the world’s most progressive jurisdictions for digital-asset regulation – the Aventus DAO will manage its treasury and grants through a multi-signature structure with strict policy-based limits. Regular reporting will provide full visibility into treasury usage, KPIs and progress, and all grant recipients will be subject to AML and KYC checks.

The DAO’s mandate encompasses four key areas:

  • Treasury and grants – managing community funds and issuing milestone-based grants to appchains and ecosystem projects;
  • Ecosystem growth and marketing – supporting partnerships and initiatives that drive enterprise adoption of the Aventus Network;
  • Listings and markets – coordinating with exchanges and liquidity partners to ensure AVT accessibility and healthy markets; and
  • Product and technology – overseeing the development of open-source infrastructure, governance tools, and ecosystem software.

Governance remains open to all AVT token holders through on-chain voting, with successful proposals executed directly by the DAO, where lawful and feasible.

Alan Vey, Founder of Aventus, commented: “The incorporation of the DAO marks a defining moment for Aventus. I’m proud of what we’ve achieved as a team and community – building real utility and credibility in a space that often lacks both. I have full confidence in the DAO Council to guide the network’s next phase of growth, and look forward to remaining involved in the ecosystem’s future as a token holder, supporting the ecosystem through decentralised governance.”

Sean Naderi, Founding Council Member of the Aventus DAO, added: “The Aventus DAO brings every part of the ecosystem into alignment, empowering token holders to participate directly in governance, driving long-term value back into the network, and strengthening the foundation for enterprise appchain adoption. This structure ensures that growth across Aventus remains transparent, collaborative and genuinely decentralised.”
