2025 was the year Aventus stopped talking about “what’s coming” and started shipping the full stack: live appchains, real-world prediction markets, a new DAO, and the foundation for Aventus Cloud.
We moved isolated projects using Aventus technology to appchains, with clients including Enigmatic Smile launching its Voucher Ledger solution as an appchain on Aventus, effectively capturing more of the value created by Aventus into the Aventus ecosystem. In parallel, Truth Network went live as an Aventus appchain, SI Predict launched to mainstream sports fans, TIME Magazine announced a partnership with the Truth ecosystem, and we laid the groundwork for Aventus Cloud to scale this model across many more enterprises.
As the year progressed, we continued to build on momentum: Aventus Cloud was introduced as the backbone for a new generation of appchains, Aventus DAO was fully incorporated in the UAE, and Aventus Cloud began driving new utility for AVT.
Executing the Appchain Vision: Voucher Ledger for Enigmatic Smile
Executing on the vision laid out for Aventus 2.0 in 2024 allowed us to advance existing partnerships. Enigmatic Smile’s Voucher Ledger solution — built to handle reward discounts at massive scale — migrated to the the appchain model set out in Aventus 2.0, enabling us to capture the value created by clients leveraging Aventus technology within our ecosystem, while simultaneously giving them the flexibility of having their own chain, token and ecosystem.
This is exactly the kind of enterprise use case Aventus 2.0 was designed for: high-volume, real-world value flows running through a dedicated chain and feeding value back into the wider Aventus ecosystem.
Building the prediction market backbone
2025 was marked by a major step towards our long-term vision for decentralised verification and prediction markets.
Truth Network goes live as an Aventus appchain
In February, Truth Network launched as a decentralised verification network running as an appchain on the Aventus Network, designed to tackle misinformation with transparent, on-chain markets. Operating as an appchain means Truth Network benefits from Aventus’ enterprise-grade infrastructure, while maintaining the flexibility of running its own chain, token and community.
SI Predict brings prediction markets to mainstream sports fans
From there, we worked with Truth Network and its commercial arm, Galactic to take prediction markets to a far wider audience:
- In April, SI Predict was announced as a first-of-its-kind prediction platform, built on Truth Network and powered by Aventus infrastructure, designed to make Web3-native prediction experiences feel intuitive for everyday sports fans — no crypto expertise required.
- By June, SI Predict’s “Gamers vs. Greats” prediction showdown went live on Truth Network, letting fans interact with real-time sports moments through secure, on-chain prediction markets — all powered by Aventus.
- In November, Truth Network announced a partnership with TIME Magazine to deliver prediction markets on a mass scale.
These launches demonstrated exactly what we’ve been building towards: enterprise-grade prediction markets that are real, live, and serving major brands and audiences today — all anchored to Aventus.
Open, secure and builder-ready prediction infrastructure
To support this growth, we doubled down on making our prediction market technology open, auditable and ready for builders.
Prediction market source code open-sourced
We open-sourced the core source code for our prediction market technology — the same infrastructure powering Truth Network and SI Predict. Builders can now inspect, fork and customise a codebase that has already been proven in production with enterprise partners.
Third-party security audit by Hacken
Shortly afterwards, we announced that the prediction market technology had successfully passed a third-party security audit by Hacken, a respected Web3 security firm. The audit helped validate the robustness of the smart contracts and architecture underpinning Truth Network and related apps.
The message to enterprises and developers was simple: Aventus isn’t just shipping features — we’re shipping trusted, independently-verified infrastructure enterprises and users can trust.
Introducing Aventus Cloud: from individual projects to ecosystem scale
With the appchain vision proven, we introduced Aventus Cloud to scale that model.
Announced in late 2025, Aventus Cloud is the system that:
- Lets enterprises launch their own appchains on Aventus
- Runs those appchains on a network of nodes, moving towards a more decentralised infrastructure layer
- Channels value back into AVT via node fees and the DAO treasury, aligning appchain success with the health of the broader network
Aventus Cloud is the natural next step in the Aventus journey: from single use cases to a network of appchains, each with its own tokens, communities and business models — all anchored to the same underlying infrastructure and governance.
It will sit at the heart of our 2026 roadmap.
Completing the transition to DAO governance
One of the most important milestones of 2025 was how Aventus is governed.
In November, we completed the transition to Aventus DAO, formally incorporating the DAO in the UAE and establishing a Council to oversee network growth and execute on community-approved initiatives.
The Council — composed of Sean Naderi (Founding Council Member), Matthias Homan (Council Chair) and Ochi Byambaa (DAO Manager) — is responsible for:
- Ensuring decisions remain aligned with the long-term health of the Aventus Network and its appchains
- Providing regular updates to AVT holders
- Implementing DAO-approved proposals, where legal and feasible
Operating from one of the world’s most progressive jurisdictions for digital assets, the DAO also introduced a more transparent treasury structure with policy-based limits, multi-signature controls and strict AML/KYC requirements for grant recipients.
Strengthening a global presence
While the product stack expanded, we strengthened our relationship with the UAE – one of the most advanced regions in the world for Web3 development.
We welcomed Dr. Marwan Al Zarouni as Strategic Advisor to Aventus, focused on accelerating responsible blockchain expansion in the UAE and beyond. With deep experience in digital strategy, regulation and ecosystem-building, Dr. Marwan’s role further solidified Aventus’ position in one of the world’s most forward-thinking jurisdictions for digital assets.
The UAE provides a strong, compliant platform for the next phase of Aventus’ growth.
A pivotal year for decentralised voices
Across all of these developments, a consistent theme emerged: 2025 was a pivotal year for decentralised voices in the Aventus ecosystem.
- Community-driven initiatives across marketing, business development and others
- Major architectural decisions, from Aventus Cloud to DAO structure
- A growing culture of transparency around how decisions are made and executed
Aventus is now in a place where community, partners, council and core contributors are aligned around a shared architecture and mission: scaling real-world appchains while driving value to the Aventus ecosystem and token holders.
Looking ahead: 2026 and the appchain era
If 2025 was about proving that Aventus 2.0 works, 2026 will be about scaling it.
You can expect:
- A staged rollout of Aventus Cloud, onboarding a broader set of enterprises into the appchain model
- Clearer paths for node operators, detailing how participation, rewards and responsibilities work across the Cloud ecosystem
- Governance updates from Aventus DAO, including refined proposal processes, clearer treasury guidelines and enhanced reporting
- Aventus ecosystem app enhancements and more sophisticated flows for appchains and users
- Deeper integration across the UAE and beyond, building on our position as an enterprise-ready parachain and regulated DAO on a global scale
