We are thrilled to announce that we won the auction for our Polkadot Parachain, and have secured a 96 week slot in the Polkadot ecosystem.
Perhaps more excitingly, we reached our target hardcap of 200k DOT within a record 24 hours of opening our staking.
Thank you to all who have supported us along our journey so far – particularly those who staked their DOT to allow us to reach this point.
What’s Next?
Now that we have secured our Parachain slot, our tech team will be working hard to migrate the current Aventus Network onto Polkadot.
From there, we will look to collaborate with other Parachains to offer our clients the combined functionality of the Parachain ecosystem – including enhanced security, scalability and efficiency to name just a few benefits.
For those that are concerned about our Ethereum interoperability, you don’t need to worry. Becoming a Parachain on Polkadot won’t remove this functionality – rather, we will now be compatible with both Ethereum and the entire Polkadot ecosystem.
On top of this, Polkadot Bridges allow interoperability with blockchains outside of the Polkadot ecosystem, taking our interoperability capabilities to a whole new level.
