Aventus Network switches on NFT support following fundamental upgrades to platform
Over the course of 2021, Aventus has already built bespoke blockchain solutions and strong relationships with a range of ambitious, high-growth businesses, from video game content platforms — like fruitlab — to credit card cashback programs — like cashbackAPP.
Now, significant updates to Aventus Network platform architecture will facilitate exciting new NFT partnerships that will reshape and reignite the market.
Creators can now mint NFTs on the Aventus Network mainnet for a fraction of the cost of any other blockchain network. Aventus NFTs are fully compatible with Ethereum NFTs, and therefore can be moved seamlessly from one blockchain to another.
What’s more, unlike other NFT blockchains, the NFT-Manager pallet on the Aventus Blockchain is designed to support Royalties and is directly built into the Blockchain. This ensures that creators who should receive royalties have a provable claim via an immutable ledger, on their royalties.
This major upgrade for NFTs broadens the network’s appeal as a full-service blockchain solution for any sector, any application, and any innovation.

An introduction to Frankie Chan, new Aventus Marketing Manager
We’d like to give a big warm welcome to Frankie Chan, the new Aventus Marketing Manager.
Frankie is an experienced marketer with over 10 years’ experience working with businesses of wide range of sectors and sizes.
Before entering the crypto space, he was involved in day-to-day marketing operations of world-renowned themed park, FMCG brands, etc.
His career has been full of projects that use new technologies to solve actual issues, it is this interest in putting innovations into practical use that brings Frankie to Paxful, OKEx and eventually Aventus Network.
Frankie’s role is to help strategise and build out Aventus growth strategies including social media and influencer programs.

1. QA Engineer Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly technical Test Development Engineer who is well versed in QA, software development and test automation, and who is interested in a QA role focused on the “insides” of the enterprise technology stack.
The mission of the QA engineer is to build a comprehensive automated QA infrastructure for Aventus blockchain platform and middleware components integrated with it.
Core Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Test Engineer / SDET / Automation Tester for an enterprise platform product.
- Strong coding skills and demonstrable experience developing in Javascript or other scripting languages.
- Familiarity with concepts such as APIs, messaging queues, distributed systems, software libraries, Linux command line tools.
- Ability to clearly communicate test results (using relevant tooling/dashboards).

2. Product Owner Role
The product owner will work within a scrum development team to analyse, design and implement new online marketplace product in alliance with the Growth Team, to create and deliver against the Product Roadmap.
This will include the coordination of market research and analysis with the Growth Team to position the product to facilitate growth focussed on transaction originators and transaction processors

In the last AMA, Chief Services Officer Andrew Shackleton answered community questions.
Andrew is a high-performance and innovative operational leader with over 15 years’ achievement in delivering multi-million pound global digital programmes with a clear focus on increasing profitability, client satisfaction, ROI and revenue growth.
He has delivered exceptional growth at start-ups, and spin-offs, and is a specialist in turning around areas of operational underperformance. He graduated with a MSc from the University of Cape Town.
His role as CSO means he’s responsible for developing the processes and tools, both internally and externally, for producing maximum value for all Aventus stakeholders.
In the AMA he answered every community AMA question asked, and announced the three winners of the $25 prize for best questions asked on Twitter.

Aventus Employees Emmanuel & Tamer at the Blockchain Exposition in London last week
Last week, Emmanuel Ngubo and Tamer Kudsi met a range of interesting people and projects at the Blockchain Expo in London.
The goal behind attendance was to meet theglobal players from key industries that would be attending.
These included Heads of Innovation and Technology, IT Directors, Founders, CTO’s, Blockchain Developers, Start-Up’s, Investors, VCs and more.
The duo had many fascinating and informative conversations with the Founders of Socialblox, DigiShares, Guardarian, Crypto Finance AG, Storm Reply, Koda Cryptocurrency, Umbria Network, Caiz Holding AG and more, while hearing panel discussions involving key players like Shamit Bhat, GSMA — Technology utopianism & the state of blockchain in enterprise.
It was a great experience that resulted in many to new connections on LinkedIn with Key Decision Makers that would otherwise not have been possible.
Tamer & Emmanuel shared that it was great to be surrounded by inspiring people who are as passionate as we are about how Blockchain/Distributed Ledger Technology has the potential to drive a paradigm shift in how organisations and the global economy operates in a more efficient/secure way.
Following more than a year of remote work and few in-person meetings and events, it’s great to see people meeting and networking face to face again.
